Waiting, in a sea of cars
Day Fifteen
July 25
Alright, made it safely onto our ferry. There's not much to do on here, so it would appear to be a good time for an update. Our voyage has been cool. At first we were surrounded by open skies and sunlight, but at some point the fog rolled in. Currently the ship is shrouded in mist, with it's foghorn moaning out into the sea.
It's odd to have such a varied collection of people in one place. You see the strange idiosyncrasies in behavior. There's the skittle kid; who would open the door, take precisely ten steps, one foot placed exactly in front of the other, then throw a skittle into the deep. Or yellow shirt guy; who just paces ceaselessly around the decks.
If I'm not mistaken the voyage will be over soon. That's alright with me because there's nothing to see outside and this ship is a money trap. We still have no idea what we're doing tonight for lodging...which usually means camping. I can no longer accurately record our distance traveled. I'll have to find out the distances by sea, and at the end of the trip I'll know.
Anyways, last night got pretty out of control. Chino was drunk and viciously attacking a light fixture. To make matters worse, Aaron bought an old lady coat at Value Village which mysteriously fills it's wearer with massive amounts of energy. Our neighbours definitely hated us. And so did the room cleaner person.
